Marie Paez

Marie Paez is an Administrative Intern at Anew Vision Counseling Services and a senior at UNC Charlotte, majoring in Women and Gender Studies with a minor in Psychology. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to the Anew Vision team, supporting the practice’s commitment to holistic, client-centered care. With a strong interest in child and adolescent mental health, Marie is passionate about emotional wellness, personal growth, and creating supportive systems that help individuals and families feel seen and supported. Her academic background and strengths-based perspective allow her to contribute meaningfully to the daily flow of the practice while upholding the values of educating, encouraging, and empowering others. Outside of her professional and academic work, Marie enjoys spending time in nature, staying active, cooking, watching movies, and unwinding with a warm cup of tea.
