Meet Karen Ramsey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate providing support for individuals dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, caregiver burnout, and major life transitions. She offers a warm, compassionate, and grounded space for emotional healing and personal growth.
Karen uses client-centered, strengths-based, motivational, and solution-focused approaches. This helps individuals make meaningful progress, build resilience, and develop practical skills for managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Passionate about reducing mental health stigma. Karen also supports caregivers through her work with ZERO’s Forum for Her. A national community for individuals whose partners are managing prostate cancer.
Karen also brings a unique financial perspective to her work. With an MBA in Finance and training in financial-wellness practices, she helps clients understand the emotional impact of financial stress.
Karen holds an MSW from Ohio University and an MBA from Long Island University.
