I offer an initial phone consultation free of charge, to see if my services would benefit you and your situation.
We will then schedule an Intake appointment.
- $125.00 for the initial individual assessment
- $110.00 for a 55 minute session
- $85.00 for a 45 minute session
- $150.00 for crisis session
I believe that everyone should have access to mental health treatment, and income limitations should not hinder treatment. I am flexible in finding a rate that will work for you, based on your income and household size. Please contact me for further information.

Out of Network
If you have sufficient out-of-network coverage, you may obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier. This could significantly reduce your therapy cost per session. I can provide you with a form for you to submit to your insurer. If you are interested in using your insurance, below are questions you want to ask your insurance carrier:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- Do they include out-of-network providers?
- Do I have a deductible for out-of-network mental health services? If so, how much is it?
- How much will my insurance reimburse me per session for an out-of-network provider?
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment, including Discover and American Express.
A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially utilized your time slot. Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency. In addition, we are unable to bill your insurance company for sessions that are not kept.
A fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card on file when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours advanced notice or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. You can cancel your appointment by calling the office or logging into your client portal and submitting the cancellation. This policy applies to all scheduled appointments where a credit card is given to hold the appointment, via phone call or client portal.
The only time we will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or extreme weather. If you are unsure, please contact us for further guidance.
